At Sadaat Mart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Window You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
